At NAINAA™, we carefully pack every order to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely and beautifully. We aim to make your shopping experience smooth, convenient, and reliable from checkout to delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available shipment and tracking details through your registered contact information.

Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Metro & major cities: Approximately 3–6 business days.
Other locations: Approximately 5–8 business days.
Remote areas: Delivery may take additional time.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, NAINAA™ may offer free shipping promotions or special shipping offers. Such offers will be clearly communicated on our website, including any applicable conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you wherever tracking is available.

You can use the tracking details to follow the progress of your shipment until delivery.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and other delivery details are entered correctly while placing your order.

If a delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, NAINAA™ will assist in resolving the issue. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, operational issues, public holidays, high order volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you in checking the shipment status and resolving the issue.

Damaged, Tampered or Incorrect Orders

We take great care while packing your jewellery.

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order details and available photographs or videos.

Customers are encouraged to record an unboxing video showing the package and its contents and to retain the original packaging until the issue is resolved. An unboxing video can help us investigate the matter more efficiently; however, its absence alone will not automatically disqualify a genuine claim.

We will review the available information and assist with an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Undelivered or Returned Orders

If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact the customer where reasonably possible to discuss the next steps.

Additional shipping charges for re-shipping may apply where appropriate and will be communicated to the customer in advance. Any applicable charges and resolution will be subject to applicable law.

International Shipping

Currently, NAINAA™ primarily serves customers within India. International shipping availability, if introduced, will be communicated separately on the website.
